We manufacture BOPA films with thickness varying from 40 ga to 120 ga and width ranging from 12" to 80". Our BOPA production unit holds various standard quality certifications such as IS0 9001: 2008, FDA 21 CFR 177.1500 and EC 207/19/EC, REACH SVHC.

Our cutting-edge R&D equipment and production lines are imported from Germany, Japan, and Austria.

Transparent / Clear BOPA

This kind film fits application to high temperature retort pouches and packaging for high-speed delicate printing. Biaxial oriented polyamide (BOPA) film (also called Nylon Film) meets nearly all expectations of modern and future first class applications, whether food or non-food. BOPA films are especially suitable for packing of foods that deteriorate easily, frozen and cooked foods, vegetables, aquatic products and medical machines, electronic products, etc.

Metalized BOPA

It is a metallized nylon film by a controlled vacuum deposition of high purity aluminum. The base is a biorented nylon film. Metallized film especially recommended to be used in greeting balloons (helium) that require very high barrier to gas and excellent adhesiveness in the metallized side. Also, it can be used in laminations for food packaging, due to its properties it could be an alternative to aluminium foil in this type of applications.
